How We Protect Your Data
Encrypted Everywhere
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Your data is encrypted when it moves and when it's stored.
UK/EU Data Centres
Your data stays in European data centres. We use Hetzner's German facilities—nothing goes to the US.
Access Controls
Only you can see your data. PaddockPro Team allows shared access—but only to people you explicitly invite.
Audit Logging
Every data access is logged. If we ever need to access your account for support, there's a record.

We can access your data for technical support purposes only—if you report a bug or ask for help. We don't browse customer data for fun, and we have audit logs that record every access.
In practice: no one at PaddockPro cares about your MX-5 suspension settings. We're here to build software, not steal setups.
If you cancel your subscription, your account reverts to the free Rookie tier. All your data is kept — nothing is deleted. You can upgrade again at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
