Terms & Conditions.
The rules of the road. We've kept it as human as possible — but this is a legally binding agreement, so please read it.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
- Pay monthly or annually, cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts
- Use PaddockPro for track day and performance alignment and session tracking — don't do anything illegal with it
- AI outputs and alignment specs are recommendations — you're responsible for what you set on your car
- Lap timing compliance with your venue's rules is your responsibility — not ours
- Your data is yours — we process it to make PaddockPro work
- PaddockPro Workshop garages go through a separate application process for the badge and directory listing
- The badge is a privilege, not a right — it can be revoked independently of your subscription
- Be decent, we'll be decent — that's basically it

2. Who These Terms Apply To
PaddockPro serves two distinct types of user, and different parts of these terms apply depending on which you are:
Consumer Users (Rookie, Clubman, Pro, and Team tiers) — individuals using PaddockPro for personal track day and performance driving purposes. If you are a consumer user, standard consumer protections under UK law apply to you in addition to these terms.
Workshop Users — performance garages and motorsport businesses using PaddockPro as a professional alignment and session management tool. Workshop users enter into a B2B agreement. Where you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms. PaddockPro Workshop was called PaddockPro Enterprise until 30 September 2026. In any agreement, order or invoice made before then, “Enterprise” means PaddockPro Workshop.
Where a clause applies specifically to one user type, it will be clearly marked. All other clauses apply to everyone.
3. Your Account
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your login details. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@paddock-pro.com.
One Account Per User
Each account is for one individual user. Consumer subscriptions are for personal use. PaddockPro Workshop accounts may have multiple users as defined by your tier — contact us if you need to discuss multi-user arrangements.
Accurate Information
Keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your email address becomes invalid, that is on you — we cannot be held responsible for missed communications including billing notices or service updates.
4. Payment & Billing

Price Changes
We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any increase takes effect on your account. Continuing to use PaddockPro after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Billing Cycle
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual plans are billed annually in advance. Your payment method will be charged on the same date each billing period. If a payment fails, we will retry before suspending access and will notify you so you have the opportunity to update your payment details.
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. We will remind you before your trial converts to a paid subscription. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends. Trial access is subject to these terms in full.
Refunds

Annual plans: Non-refundable. Access continues for the full annual period paid.
We may make exceptions at our sole discretion where something has gone seriously wrong on our end.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5. Acceptable Use
PaddockPro is designed for track day driving, motorsport preparation, performance vehicle alignment, and session analysis. You may use it to:
- Generate alignment specifications for track and performance use
- Save and manage vehicle setups across different tracks and conditions
- Log sessions manually or, once it launches, using the lap timer (coming soon)
- Upload and analyse telemetry data from compatible third-party systems
- Access the Circuit Visualiser, Knowledge Hub, and educational content
- Communicate with other users via the messaging system
- Access the certified garage directory where applicable
- Participate in community features including leaderboards and social sharing
What You Must Not Do
You must not use PaddockPro to:
- Do anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
- Generate misleading or false information for customers or third parties
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to PaddockPro or its outputs
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
- Make excessive requests that place unreasonable load on our systems
- Attempt to access, extract, or interfere with other users' data
- Use the messaging system to harass, abuse, threaten, or spam other users
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including impersonating PaddockPro or Garage Max Software Ltd
- Upload telemetry or session data that you do not have the right to upload
- Use PaddockPro to generate professional engineering certifications, road-legal compliance documentation, or safety-critical specifications — it is a performance tool, not a certification service
Breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account. We will attempt to warn you first unless the breach is serious.
6. Lap Timing (Coming Soon), Session Logging & Venue Compliance
Lap Timing (Coming Soon)
Lap timing is coming soon. When it launches, this section applies to it. PaddockPro's lap timing feature will use device GPS and, where connected, compatible external sensors such as RaceBox. The lap timer is provided as a tool to assist with session analysis and performance improvement.
Your Responsibility — Venue Rules
Many track day organisers (TDOs) and motorsport venues prohibit the use of lap timing equipment or applications during their events. It is entirely your responsibility to check and comply with the rules of any venue or event you attend before using PaddockPro's lap timing features.
We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the lap timer in breach of venue or event regulations, including but not limited to exclusion from a session, removal from an event, or any other penalty imposed by a venue or organiser.
Manual Session Logger
PaddockPro includes a manual session logging feature that does not use GPS or lap timing. This is available as an alternative for events where timing is prohibited, or for users who prefer not to use location-based features.
Telemetry Uploads
PaddockPro allows you to upload session and telemetry data exported from compatible third-party applications including but not limited to Harry's LapTimer and RaceChrono. By uploading telemetry data, you confirm that:
- You have the right to upload and process that data
- The data was collected lawfully and in accordance with any applicable venue or event rules
- You are not uploading data that contains personal information belonging to other individuals without their knowledge or consent
Uploaded telemetry is processed solely for your own session analysis within PaddockPro. We do not use uploaded third-party telemetry to build profiles of other individuals or venues beyond what is necessary to provide the service to you.
External Sensors
PaddockPro supports connection to compatible external GPS and sensor devices via Bluetooth. Use of external sensors is subject to the same venue compliance obligations set out above.
7. Messaging
PaddockPro includes a messaging feature for communication between users. By using messaging, you agree that:
- You will use it respectfully and in accordance with the acceptable use terms above
- You will not use it to harass, abuse, threaten, or spam other users
- You will not use it to share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Message content is encrypted at rest — we cannot casually read your messages, but we retain the technical ability to decrypt content where required for legal compliance, safeguarding, or to investigate a reported breach of these terms
- We are not liable for the content of messages sent between users
We may suspend messaging access or terminate accounts where the messaging feature is misused.
8. AI Outputs & Your Responsibility
Read this section carefully.
PaddockPro uses artificial intelligence to generate alignment specifications, setup recommendations, and related content. These outputs are based on sound alignment principles and informed by extensive motorsport experience — but they are recommendations, not professional engineering certifications.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-generated outputs before applying them to your vehicle
- Satisfying yourself that any alignment specification is appropriate for your specific vehicle, modifications, tyres, and intended use
- Ensuring your vehicle is safe and compliant with relevant track day regulations before use
- Any decisions you make based on PaddockPro outputs
We are not liable for vehicle damage, handling characteristics, track incidents, or any other consequences arising from alignment settings or setup recommendations you choose to apply based on PaddockPro outputs.
Track use disclaimer: Motorsport and track day driving carry inherent risk. Any modifications to your vehicle for track use are your responsibility. PaddockPro is a tool to inform your decisions — it does not replace the judgement of a qualified alignment technician where safety-critical work is required.
9. Service Availability
We aim for PaddockPro to be available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, infrastructure issues, and third-party dependencies can all cause downtime.
We will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime, schedule planned maintenance outside peak hours where possible, provide advance notice of significant planned work where practicable, and work to resolve unplanned outages as quickly as possible.
We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Where extended outages occur due to our fault, we will consider account credits on a case-by-case basis.
10. PaddockPro Workshop — Partner Badge & Find a Workshop Listing
This section applies to Workshop users only.
Subscription vs. Badge — These Are Separate
Subscribing to PaddockPro Workshop gives you access to the Workshop tool suite. It does not automatically entitle you to the PaddockPro Certified badge or listing in the certified garage directory. These are separate privileges granted through a separate application process.
Eligibility to Apply
To be eligible to apply for the badge and directory listing, you must:
- Have been an active paying PaddockPro Workshop subscriber for a minimum of 30 days
- Be in good standing — no outstanding payments, no active breaches of these terms
The Application Process
After meeting the eligibility criteria, you may submit a badge application. Applications are assessed by Garage Max Software Ltd against our documented quality criteria, which will be provided to you as part of the application process and form part of your PaddockPro Workshop agreement. Approval is not guaranteed. We may approve or decline any application at our reasonable discretion based on the quality criteria. We will provide feedback where an application is unsuccessful.
What the Badge Means
The PaddockPro Certified badge signifies that your garage has met our quality criteria at the time of assessment. It does not constitute a professional endorsement, safety certification, or guarantee of service quality. You must not represent the badge as anything beyond what it is — a mark of having met PaddockPro's internal quality standard at the time of assessment.
Maintaining the Badge
Badge holders are subject to ongoing quality standards. We reserve the right to reassess badge holders at any time. Circumstances that may trigger reassessment include but are not limited to customer complaints, significant changes to your business, or periodic scheduled review.
Badge Revocation
We may revoke the badge and remove your directory listing where:
- You no longer meet the quality criteria following reassessment
- Substantiated complaints indicate a material decline in service quality
- You misuse the badge or misrepresent your certified status
- Your conduct, in our reasonable judgement, is damaging to the PaddockPro brand or the certified garage network
- You breach these terms in a material way
Badge revocation does not automatically terminate your PaddockPro Workshop subscription. You may continue as an PaddockPro Workshop subscriber without the badge and listing. However, where we reasonably consider that your continued association with PaddockPro — including as a subscriber — would cause material damage to the PaddockPro brand or certified network, we reserve the right to terminate your account entirely with reasonable notice.
Directory Listing
Your directory listing is maintained at our discretion and is contingent on holding an active badge. Listings are removed immediately upon badge revocation. We make no guarantees regarding the prominence, visibility, or traffic generated by directory listings.
11. Your Data
Your data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide and improve PaddockPro's services. Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time by emailing hello@paddock-pro.com. If you cancel your subscription, your account reverts to the free Rookie tier. All your data is retained.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to input any data into PaddockPro, including uploaded telemetry files.
Where international data transfers are required for AI processing, these are handled under approved safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.
PaddockPro Workshop — Customer Data
This sub-section applies to Workshop users only.
Where you input personal data relating to your own customers into PaddockPro, you remain the data controller for that information. Garage Max Software Ltd acts as a data processor on your behalf, processing such data only to provide the PaddockPro service. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share your customers' personal data with us. Our Data Processing Agreement governs this relationship and forms part of your PaddockPro Workshop agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
Ours
PaddockPro — including its design, code, algorithms, features, Circuit Visualiser, Knowledge Hub content, AI prompts and branding — is the intellectual property of TTR Holding Solutions Ltd (company no. 17001465), Garage Max Software Ltd's parent company, and is licensed to Garage Max Software Ltd, which provides it to you under these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PaddockPro for the purposes set out in these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of PaddockPro without our express written consent.
Yours
Setup specifications, alignment notes, session data, and other content you create or upload using PaddockPro are yours. We do not claim ownership of your outputs or uploaded data.
Feedback
If you share ideas, suggestions, or feedback with us, we may use them to improve PaddockPro without any obligation to you. We appreciate it though.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- PaddockPro is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption
- Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party services including Stripe, OpenAI, or infrastructure providers
- We are not liable for vehicle damage, track incidents, handling characteristics, or any other consequences arising from alignment settings or setup recommendations applied based on PaddockPro outputs
- We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the lap timer in breach of venue or event rules
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
Consumer users: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
14. Cancellation & Termination
You Can Cancel Anytime
Cancel from your account settings or by emailing hello@paddock-pro.com. On cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for monthly plans. Annual plans are non-refundable.
We Can Terminate Too
We may suspend or terminate your account where you:
- Breach these terms in a material way
- Fail to make payment and do not remedy this within a reasonable period after notice
- Engage in conduct that in our reasonable judgement risks harm to other users, third parties, or the PaddockPro platform
- Engage in conduct that in our reasonable judgement causes or risks material damage to the PaddockPro brand or reputation
Where termination is not due to serious or deliberate misconduct, we will give reasonable notice.
What Happens on Termination
If you cancel your subscription, your account reverts to the free Rookie tier and all your data is retained. If your account is terminated by us, we retain your data for 30 days then delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Workshop partner badge holders have their badge and directory listing removed immediately on account termination.
What Survives Termination
The following sections survive termination: Section 8 (AI Outputs & Your Responsibility), Section 12 (Intellectual Property), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability), and any accrued payment obligations.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of PaddockPro after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should cancel your subscription before they take effect.
16. Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at hello@paddock-pro.com — we would rather sort things out directly.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you are a consumer and applicable law provides for jurisdiction in your country of residence.
Consumer users: As a UK consumer, you may also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution scheme. We will provide details if relevant.
17. Third-Party Data Services
PaddockPro integrates with third-party data services including live timing feeds provided by external timing system operators. Where features within PaddockPro depend on data supplied by third-party services, the following applies:
Availability
The availability, accuracy, and continuity of third-party data feeds is outside our control. We make no warranty that live timing data or any other third-party data feed will be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or complete at any given time.
No Liability for Third-Party Data
We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or disappointment arising from the unavailability, interruption, delay, or inaccuracy of data supplied by third-party timing systems or other external data providers, including where such unavailability results from changes to third-party APIs, systems, or access arrangements.
Changes to Integrations
We may modify, suspend, or remove integrations with third-party data services at any time where continued integration is no longer technically feasible, commercially viable, or where the third party withdraws or restricts access. Where a feature you rely on is materially affected, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
Your Responsibility
Where you use live timing data within PaddockPro in a professional or competitive context, you remain responsible for independently verifying timing accuracy with the relevant event organiser or timing provider.
18. General
Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and (for Workshop users) our Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to PaddockPro.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.
No waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor business without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.
19. Questions?
If anything in these terms doesn't make sense, just ask. We're motorsport people, not lawyers.
