FAQ
Straight answers.
What works today, what arrives at launch, and what it costs.
Can I use it today?
Can I use PaddockPro today?
Drivers: early access is open, and PaddockPro opens to a first group of drivers soon. Garages: PaddockPro Workshop is available now, with a 14-day free trial. Anyone: the circuit visualiser and the knowledge hub are free to use now.
Is there an app to download?
No download needed. PaddockPro runs in your phone's browser, on any phone: open it and add it to your home screen, and it works like an app. No app store.
When does it launch?
Rookie opens first, to a first group of drivers from the early-access list, with Clubman and Pro following close behind. Join the list and we will tell you the moment your place is ready.
About PaddockPro
How is this different from forum advice?
Forum advice is anecdotal: “this worked for my E36 on this tyre.” PaddockPro builds the spec around your car, your hardware and your goals, and gives you the reasoning behind it.
Is this just for track cars?
No. Whether you want grip on track or something livable on the road, you tell us the balance and the spec is built for it.
What if my car can't reach the spec?
That is what Refactor is for. Tell it the limits of your hardware, for example a maximum of −2.1° camber, and it works out the best compromise around them. Refactor is in PaddockPro Workshop today, and comes to drivers at launch.
What can I expect in the app?
Rookie: your car in the garage with checklists and setup history, every circuit in 3D, and the paddock community: profiles, the activity feed, groups and badges. Clubman adds one alignment spec a month, with the reasoning, plus session logging, maintenance tracking and messages. Pro adds four specs a month, a second car, a setup library, and corner weights, tyre pyrometer and damper setup. See it tier by tier.
Who built it?
People with more than 20 years of motorsport alignment work behind them at TTR Motorsport: race teams, customer cars, track day builds. That reasoning, written down so you can use it. More about us.
Using it
Do I still need someone to do the alignment?
Yes, unless you do it yourself. PaddockPro gives you the numbers and the reasoning; any garage with an alignment rig can set the car to them.
How fast do I get a spec?
In minutes. Enter the car, the modifications and what you want from it, and the spec, with its reasoning, comes back in the same session.
What cars are supported?
If it has adjustable alignment, it is covered: road cars, track builds and race cars.
Which circuits are covered?
5,600+ circuits are mapped from real GPS data. Where a circuit is measured in detail, its corners and elevation feed into the spec. Try four of them in the visualiser.
Pricing
What will be in each tier, and what will it cost?
At launch, each tier including everything in the one before it:
- Rookie (Free): Your car in the garage, with checklists and setup history; Every circuit, in 3D; Profiles, the activity feed, groups and badges.
- Clubman (£7.99/month, 30-day free trial): One alignment spec a month for your car and circuit, with the reasoning; Session logging and maintenance tracking; Messages.
- Pro (£14.99/month, 30-day free trial): Four alignment specs a month, and a second car; Setup library: save and compare setups; Corner weights, tyre pyrometer, damper setup.
Is it worth it?
A full setup at TTR Motorsport is £350+, and most of that is the experience and reasoning behind the numbers. PaddockPro gives you that reasoning for your own car, from free on Rookie or £7.99 a month on Clubman, with a 30-day free trial. Set the car up yourself, or walk into any garage with your spec in hand.
What does PaddockPro Workshop cost?
£150 a month with no VAT to add, including 10 alignment specs, and £10 for each extra spec. 14-day free trial, no contract. See PaddockPro Workshop.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Clubman and Pro come with a 30-day free trial at launch, long enough to cover a track day, and Rookie is free. PaddockPro Workshop has a 14-day free trial.
What is the Founding 50?
The first 50 Clubman places are founding places: half price, £3.99 a month, locked for life. Places go in the order people join the early-access list.
Can I cancel any time?
PaddockPro Workshop has no contract: cancel whenever you like. The driver tiers' terms are confirmed at launch.
